SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
• In the Netherlands and Belgium we deliver your shipment with PostNL or DPD.
• They deliver within 1-6 business days (within The Netherlands mostly within 1-3 business days)
• When you choose a DPD pick-up point, you can choose a pick-up point after the payment has been done. When you don't choose a pick-up point, we will choose a nearby point for you. The package stays for 7 days at the service point. When you haven't picked it up, it will return to us. We can not refund the shipping costs in this case.
• You can check the status of the shipment by the Track & Trace service from POSTNL or DPD.

Rest of Europe:
• We deliver your shipment with DPD, PostNL Global or DHL Express. We ship in 1-3 business days. The package usually takes around 1-6 days to arrive, depending on the destination. After the order confirmation you will receive a track & trace by e-mail.
• When you choose a DPD pick-up point, you can choose a pick-up point after the payment has been done. When you don't choose a pick-up point, we will choose a nearby point for you. The package stays for 7 days at the service point. When you haven't picked it up, it will return to us. We can not refund the shipping costs in this case.
• If items have a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered (temporarily), you will be notified by e-mail within a few days.
• MYPZ is not liable for any damage that you may suffer because the delivery has not taken place at the address you specified.

• MYPZ is not liable for any damage as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times.

POSTNLglobal shipments
We ship in 1-3 business days. The package usually takes around 1-6 days to arrive, depending on the destination.Destinations outside EU take longer! To Australia for example it can take more than 3 weeks. 
After the order confirmation you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.

DHL EXPRESS shipments
• All orders outside EU can optional be shipped with DHL Express Worldwide*. 
DHL delivers very fast, within 3-5 business days.

* When you live in one of these remote areas we are unable to use DHL Express delivery, in that case we use normal shipping by POSTNL or DPD.

TAXES & OBLIGATIONS

MYPZ cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, customs fees and taxes that apply in your country. This responsibility lies with the customer. If you have any questions, contact your local customs or courier for more information.

CANCEL

Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an existing order if you have received the order confirmation. Of course you can always return your received items.
