You must meet the following conditions;
– You can only return items that have been purchased on mypz.nl.
– If your order is delivered, you have 14 days to return the items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be canceled and is final.
• Indicate via info@mypz.nl which items you want to return and the reason for this.
• You will receive an email from MYPZ with further instructions. Always put the item in the original packaging and send the package to MYPZ.
• Returns within the EU: We can provide you a shipping label for the return. These costs are for the consumer.
• Returns for UK consumers: You need to arrange the shipping for the return yourself. You need to provide us the track and trace so we can both follow the package. These costs are for the consumer.
• Returns for United states, Canada and Australia: When we have send the package to you with DHL express, we can also provide you with a shipping label for the return. These costs are for the consumer.
When we have send the package with POSTNL global, you have to arrange the shipping for the return yourself. You need to provide us the track and trace so we can both follow the package. These costs are for the consumer.
• You will receive the purchase amount back on your account up to 14 days after receiving your return shipment. When returning an order, the shipping costs are for your own account (the account of the consumer).
• The costs for chargeback are for the account of the consumer. This includes taxes and custom clearances.
– In the event of complaints or damage (during transport), you must first contact MYPZ, info@mypz.nl.
– Unstamped / short-stamped packages are not accepted by MYPZ, regardless of the reason for the return.
